The police handed out 4 tickets for speeding. But, they also help parents with knowing how to put children into seat belts correctly.
Our second mission of the week was promoting safe parking around school gates with Auckland Transport and Travelwise team. In the afternoon there is an issue with cars parking on the yellow line or blocking our school gates. It is really unsafe. SO, we were out there giving out prizes to the parents who were making our children safe.
